I agree to pay my ward's school fees on time, failing which, I shall remit the fees with fine in the allotted time or re-admission fees, if paid beyond the allotted time.

I hereby declare that my son/daughter __________________, currently admitted to Std. _________, will participate in all the School Curricular and Co-curricular activities, such as celebrations of festivals (national/religious), Yoga, Karate, Bhajans, Pooja, Homam, workshops, residential Vidya Vihar camps, etc., as and when conducted.

I am aware of the vision of the school (CVP) of holistic education and my ward will participate wholeheartedly in all activities related to its implementation as stipulated by the Vidyalaya.

I will make sure that my ward will abide by the school rules and regulations inside the school as well during the trips / tours organised by the school, failing which he / she will be subjected to disciplinary action, as per school rules. This includes suspension up to 2 weeks in serious cases and issue of TC in extreme cases, without any financial liability to the school.

I will ensure that my child does not bring cell phone and any electronic gadgets to school and also ensure that he / she will not be given two wheelers to come to school. If found so, then the school shall confiscate it. Repetition of the same will call for more serious action.
